Honda CRV Brake and ABS Problem

Affected vehicles

Civic, MY 2006-07. CR-V, MY 2007.

Problem

1. Trouble code stored: U0122.
2. Possible CAN data bus trouble codes stored.

Cause

1. Poor earth connection for ABS control module.

Remedy

1. Locate and check condition of earth point: Civic – behind front bumper.
2. CR-V – under ABS control module. If required: Clean/tighten earth point.
3. Check for trouble codes. Rectify faults as necessary.
