8 Steps Honda Civic 1997-2000 Oil Reset

With reset button on instrument panel:
Turn ignition off.
Press the "SELECT" and "RESET" switches at the same time, and turn to ignition to the "RUN" position.
Hold switches for at least 10 seconds until the indicator is reset.
Turn ignition off.
With key slot in instrument panel:
Insert key into slot on the front of the instrument cluster.
The indicator will change to green when reset.
